Express Delivery

  • For urgent orders it is best to phone us on 028 867 63274 to arrange delivery and phone payment. We are always happy to help!

Delivery Info

  • All parcels are despatched Monday to Friday
  • Heavy and large consignments are sent via courier
  • The majority of lighter and small consignments are sent via Royal Mail tracked 
  • Only a very small proportion of parcels are sent using First Class Royal Mail
  • No consignments are sent using Second Class Royal Mail
  • Buyer parcel collection is available upon prior authorisation from Little Farmyard

Courier Service

  • All parcels sent by courier will have a tracking number

      1. The tracking number can be entered into the track & trace link to follow the delivery progress

       2. Courier tracking numbers will only be issued in situations of prolonged parcel delay or loss

  • Courier deliveries are made Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm
  • ALL PARCELS SENT VIA COURIER HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR

If you know you will be unable to sign when the courier company arrives with your consignment then:

  • Choose a family, neighbour, friend or work address as the delivery address
  • Leave a note on your front door for the courier company explaining that you are expecting a delivery from them and authorise them to leave the parcel at your house. Please clearly name, sign and date this note!

Royal Mail

  • Proof of postage is kept for each parcel sent via Royal Mail
  • The majority of products are sent using a tracked service
  • Tracked deliveries are made Mon-Sat between 9am-5pm
  • Little Farmyard are not responsible for parcels lost by Royal Mail

- Royal Mail does not consider parcels lost until they have not arrived 30 days after despatch. After this time period Royal Mail will fully investigate the report of a lost parcel

- In the event of parcel loss by Royal Mail, Little Farmyard will provide a copy of the postage receipt as proof of despatch

Highlands & Islands of Mainland UK

  • Depending upon the products you order, there may be a surcharge for delivery. Should this apply, we will contact you to confirm the details

International Delivery

  • We can send most products worldwide
  • Before ordering please contact us to receive an international shipping quote

Stock

  • We aim to hold stock of all the products on the website
  • Very occasionally an item may be sold out
  • If we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible to offer you a suitable alternative from remaining stock or a full refund.
